Martal : The Best of Hardwood

The company was set up in September 1964. The aim of Martal was to buy and sell French Oak from where we imported up to 45 trucks per month.

The more value was kilning and regrading as we acquired a lot of experience through the years... 1972 was the beginning of our expansion in American Hardwoods. For many years we gathered a lot of experience in several species. In 1980 the management decided to expand to other European countries.

Actually, active in 22 countries, people are buying the very nice hardwoods that are selected and graded to the famous Martal grade, which made the company so respected by others, because we have the best understanding of the needs of the European "quality" buyers.

Actually we can say that the company owns one of the largest inventories in the species offered to you.
